Window shades

I like the roller shades on the windows of my trilogy. I occasionally need to adjust the wheel to get one of them to retract properly. The problem is thst I have one that is locked up (wont lower or retract). I can lower or raise it only by rotating the adjustment wheel. Do any of you know how to free it so it can be operated normally?

I would contact the window shade manufacturer. I have never contacted then but from what I understand, they have an excellent customer service and return policy.
