Battery? I don't mean to sound rude, but we are very sure that we have propane, we have checked the connections, they are clean.
What exactly do you mean by checking the battery?
My son in in the HVAC industry, he has even looked in to the problem, but since working on a furnace for a house is a complete different thing from a camper, he is just shaking his head...we got nowhere.
Seems we are stuck having to take it back to the NIGHTMARE of a dealer that we bought it from....

If your battery is dead your furnace will not work. I know you are hooked up to shore power but you have to have DC

It takes some DC current to make the furnace work. Check to battery the cables can be clean and you will have a dead battery

You have a 12 volt battery in your camper.

2013 Cedar Creek Silverback Furnace Issues

Furnace is strictly 12v and propane.
So battery must be charged and converter must be working to use it.

To the op, once the furnace fails to light three times it will lock out.
You need to remove power in order to reset it.
