I find that it works much better if the regulator and bottle inlet fittings are arranged 180 degrees - facing the front of the trailer.

90 Degree Elbow Fitting

I brought new pig tails for my Cedar Creek. One is six foot long and one is twenty foot long. I hook the twenty ft hose up to a 100 gallon LP tank when I’m home in the winter. You can buy whatever size you need and install them, it’s a easy install
