Initially the repair facility could not duplicate the issue inside their building causing the CO Alarm to go off. Once they put a fan on the hot water heater side of the trailer they were able to duplicate the issue as it appeared to occur when the wind hit that side of the trailer. After some investigative work on their part and actually pulling the heater out they determined that the Butyl Seal was not put in at the factory causing the fumes to enter the trailer when the wind hit that side of the trailer. Hopefully, the third time was a charm and the issue is resolved, otherwise, I guess I will need to look at the lemon law and how that applies to the trailer.
Hope this information helps others with the same issue.
