Faulty thermostat??

Out this weekend with our new 2014 Rockwood 8289 5th wheel, and being a cool weekend, we fired up the furnace in the mornings... only second time using furnace since getting the trailer, first two mornings no problems at all, then this morning, the furnace wouldn't stop unless I turned the switch to off on the thermostat, then tonight I decided to see what it would do, and with thermostat turned all the way down to 55, as soon as I switched it to heat, the furnace came on, and shouldn't have because it was much warmer than 55 in the trailer and should have demanded for heat to come on...I let it run a few minutes then played with thermostat setting and can here the clicking for where thermostat should be coming on and off and after doing that it cycled and then shut itself off. Any ideas? Loose connection possibly? Its a Coleman-Mach 6 wire thermostat.

It should be under warranty. Have dealer replace it.
