First Long Trek

I'm not sure if this should be posted in Propane Systems or Water Heater Systems.

We're still relative newbies, traveling in Cali this week where it's still very, very hot and I know this puts extra strain on all our MH systems. We learned tonight, that if we put the fridge on propane, the A/C quit tripping it's circuit breaker.

If I remember correctly, the hot water heater is a huge user of electricity so we made sure that was turned off. But now, it's nearing shower time and I looked at the hot water heater and I'm not sure how to put it on propane full time, or, if that's even a good idea.

Recommendations? Suggestions? Advice?

I sure don't know your rig but if your sure your hotwater heater does have the a/c option.
You could have a switch inside probably next to the rest of your switches and monitoring gauges.
Most rigs have the switch right on the hot water heater its self. Go outside and open it up and its usually has a rubber pushbutton switch, hopefully its labeled.
You could also just though the breaker, if your lucky the hot water heater has its own breaker.
Even better than chasing it down call your dealer or look in you manuals
campers are fun
