It's hard for us to advise on something we can't hear but abnormal furnace whining noises are usually caused by a restriction of some sort.

Do you have any partially closed registers or blockages?

No closed registers appears to be coming from behind the air intake panel.

Sounds like either you or someone qualified (if you are uncomfortable with taking things apart) is going to have to remove the air intake and begin to do some investigating.

There have been many reports of loose/crushed/kinked ducting and missing screws on the metal shrouding.

Best of luck to you.

you sure it's the furnace? My propane regulator whines when the tank gets low. Drove me nuts until I could find the source.

One person has reported that the new furnaces come with plastic impellers on the two squirrel-cage blowers--and they fail.

This is probably a Suburban SF-series furnace. The troubleshooting and repair manuals are easily found online. I can provide detailed step-by-step instructiions if needed.

High pitched whines are often bearings.

Bearings? On a new 2019? The Suburban bearings are lubricated for life. The service manual tells you NOT to lubricate them.

Is the whine bothersome? How well does it heat? Our 2018 sounds a little different every time it runs, but it heats great. I think ours has a small piece of debris heating the impeller. If it heats well, might just want to disregard...if not aggravating.

I mean hitting the impeller. Some electric motors are a bit whiny too.

Link is from the library at the top of this page.

The trouble shooting section in the manual below is very good and will help you fix your furnace.
