furnace stink!!

Ok everyone, need some help here. I have a 2014 forestriver 366bh. When i start the furnace it blows a nasty stink. I have had the rig at campingworld for a propane leak test. They determined that it is a negative vacuum issue, with the furnace fan pulling stink from black/grey tanks. I have also taken it to a dealership for a warranty fix on the negative vacuum, however after 6 hours it's a little better but still not fixed. The dealership tried sealing the holes in the subfloor between the furnace and black/grey tanks as well as heavy deoderizing/cleaning tanks. Has anyone experienced this before or have any magical fixes. Thanks for any assistance.

Your tanks shouldn't have any openings in the underbelly of your RV. If they do, it's broken.

I also think it's unlikely that there is a negative pressure in your RV from the furnace running. It is likely that the furnace blows air into the underbelly, and the air will return from there, but I wouldn't consider that to be a vacuum in the RV.

Barry, the dealership pulled the underbelly and everything was dry. The furnace should be pulling air from outside (?). But it seems to be pulling from tank vents? I don't know enough to be sure, however i am learning fast, it's getting cold...

Ida, the furnace has been run about 30 hours, between trying to keep warm, and dealership working on it. Shouldn't be anymore oil on it. It is definitely not a burning oil smell.

Do you have a heater vent near the toilet?
Is the toilet a dometic 300?
