Grill Question

I have had the Black Grill with lid open on my last camper. It was one of those attach to the side of camper. Of Course it had the gas hose that connected to a quick disconnect just in front of the camper wheel. I know alot of you do alot of cooking on your grills. When I was cooking I would cook (Steaks, Chicken, Hamburgers, and Hot Dogs. It done the job. Well I sold that camper and grill cause it was part of the camper. So, now I need another grill to go with me on the 5th wheel Toy Hauler. My question is looking at the bottled Grill that I have attached using as an example to first pic. I have never used the bottle grills before. So what is the time line on these bottles. What or how long will a bottle last.
Bottle Full:
1. Steak ?
2. Hamburgers ?
3. Chickens ?
4. Hot Dogs ?

I'm not looking to spend a whole lot on one so what are your recomendations?

I can usually cook 3-4 meals on a 1 lb. bottle. I'm cooking for a family of 4 and usually an extra serving for lunch. My kids eat like adults (heck, my 12 year old daughter can eat more than me most of the time; but she offsets my 4 year old).
