Sgtyates, On page 9 of suburban is a wiring diagram in the library, jumper the red and white to see if it will come on. I don't trust any of these garbage stats. It can't be the sail switch, could be the limit. I think they are click-on's like Carrier used. I do not know of any on and off switch for the furnace, only if it controlled the blower motor to circulate air with out the furnace on. You might be pulling that cover off, Good luck, hope you got your multimeter with you. Did you buy your unit new or used? I doubt if your motor went out filling with propane at the same time. What do you have a motor home? Obviously there is something stopping 12v to that motor. Let us know what you find..Thanks

You need to check if voltage is getting to the fan motor.
Some here have reported fan motor had a "dead spot" on the rotor and
if they spun it with a screwdriver to a new spot it would run.

Maybe it's time to call a repair person. These furnaces aren't all that hard
to trouble shoot but if you don't have expertise maybe it's time to make the call.
Sounds to me like you're rapidly approaching the point of pulling the unit
out. After a couple times I can get mine out in under 10 minutes but they
are all different in how/where they are installed.

Sometimes when you run out of propane, a bit of trash is sucked up and will be found in the propane orphis. As a last resort, clean the orphis with a small wire.

No.
Your lack of fan motor sounds like fuse or bad relay or stuck/defective motor etc.... The fan should be the first thing that "happens" when the
t-stat calls for heat. If you hear a click and then nothing it sounds like
the relay is closing but for reason's listed earlier the fan does not start.
That's assuming the click is coming from the furnace....

I don't know about other fuses but there will be a power lead going to the
furnace. It is probably heavy 2 conductor wire that is probably black and
white. It will probably be wire nutted very near the furnace. The connection might be inside the furnace or just outside the furnace. I would look for those wires and check for 12v across them with a good meter or even a 12v test light. There will also be 2 wires going there from the T-stat.
You want the power wires and you need to be sure they are in fact feeding 12v to the furnace. A click coming from inside the furnace makes me lean more towards a blown fuse inside the furnace or a bad relay inside the furnace or a bad blower motor (motor has a dead spot and might work if spun to a new stopping point).

Good Luck!

Time to pull the furnace.
There are YouTube video's of various furnace trouble shooting tips.
Some pretty helpful. Look for RV furnace repair....

If you get to the place where it's a relay soldered to the control board you can get a dinosaur replacement board for about a hundred bucks that is a perfect fit replacement and dino boards are highly rated as better than new by many of us in the RV nation!
