Help - on the road and no propane

Hello, I'm brand new to the forum and on my maiden voyage with my brand new A-frame hardside with the BBQ outside and stove inside. All else working great, but I'm not getting any propane to either the BBQ or inside stove. Yes, the tanks are heavy and full, turned on and I've flipped the switch both ways to try both tanks (and turned both on to be sure.) I'm far from restaurants so was counting on cooking tonight and tomorrow. Any help would be MUCH appreciated. Thank you in advance!

make sure you open the valves on the tank SLOWLY....or it may shut off thinking there is a leak....also, you may need to purge the lines....run the stove inside till it starts or you can smell propane..make sure there is a flame next to burner so you know when it starts...

Close both tanks, make sure that the system items are all off, stove, grill, etc. disconnect both lines then reconnect them. Once reconnected slowly open the valve on the tank the valve is towards. Once on turn the other tank on. Then, go check the stove. Hopefully you have gas flowing.

LPG valves have a safety built in, if the system is at zero when you turn the vales on the tank thinks there's a leak and shuts down.

One other thing that you can try if the above does not work is to turn off all appliances, turn off the valves on the tank, remove the tank and find a hard surface like a concrete sidewalk with nothing that could poke the bottom of the tank and lift and drop the tank 3 or 4 times not to hard but hard enough to try to free up the OPD inside the tank, sometimes the shut off valve inside gets stuck and needs a forceful tap. Re connect and see if you get the gas flowing again.
