Issues with water heater lighting and fridge on LP

First off, I've got a 2018 Wolf pup 16FQ.

The water heater tries to explode when it's trying to light and the fridge while running on LP in 90 degree heat just can't keep below 50 degrees. It seems to work just fine on 110v though.

The flame for the fridge looks good but it does sound a little noisy and isn't a nice smooth flame, it is nice and blue though.

I replaced the regulator thinking pressure might be an issue but that made no difference.

I also have done some testing at home and remove the upper cover to put a fan to pull hot air out but it still creeped up as the day went up to 50+ degrees.

I bought the trailer used so have no warranty of any kind.

Bugs, dirt or spider webs in the flue tubes. Blow them out with compressed air. This is a common problem after being in storage.

Thanks, I forgot to mention that I did this a couple days ago. Removed the tubes and orifices and blew them out with some compressed air and all that on both.

Only thing in the tube for the water heater was some rusty debris, no webs or anything. Once the water heater lights it's fine but it might fail a couple times and shoot a fireball out of the vent.

it could be a bad circuit board or the ignitor is in the wrong position and is not igniting the gas stream right away and then the gas fills the flame chamber until it gets lit causing the explosion. the ignitor is also the flame sensor on these units so it is important for it to be in the flame.

Based on some googling and testing it may be an air leak somewhere.

If I light the stove burners for a minute before trying to light the water heater then the water heater lights really quick and first try.

Now to figure out what the leak might be, I don't smell propane anywhere and checked the connections on the front and under the trailer with soapy water.

You will probably never find the pinhole leak. I and other owners simply develop the habit of lighting the range before the water heater and furnace if they haven't been used for more than a few days.
