What about your dealer? Shouldn't you start with them?

That is one of the downsides of using an internet seller. Who have you been in contact with at FR?

Instead of getting frustrated with the situation why not simply take the window out and re-do it? Might take you all of an hours labor and about 5 dollars worth of putty tape.

He shouldn't have to fix it herself if this has been going on since new. And I know I would want it fixed properly by an authorized dealer or the factory.

I think you have not talked to the right people yet .
ask to speak with someone higher in the company than who answered the phone .
I cannot believe someone will not help you .
every little issue I have had with mine is or was taking care of immediately !

This is the number for Salem. Sorry I don't have a contact person. 574-533-5934. Is this the number you've been using?

Your selling dealer is resposible for such repairs.
Sometimes buying from those internet wholesalers isn't such a great idea.

Isn't RV Wholesalers supposed to have a network of service dealers that will work with you locally? I thought they were supposed to help you find someone who could help.

They still advertise it ...

What HE said times 2.

You can keep calling and getting mad and frustrated or you can get a
screw gun and a roll of putty tape from any local RV dealer parts desk and
fix it yourself for about an hours time and $5 like the guy said.

Stand your ground or fix it and move on.......

I bought my Rockwood from RV wholesalers. Although they are slow to respond they always got back to me. I found a local mobile repair guy that does my warranty work for me. He started going through RV wholesalers now he deals directly with Forest River. I don't have to take my Trailer anywhere; he comes to me. You might try this link to see if there is a mobile repair near you. I'm sure there are plenty of others.
