LP elctrical solenoid heat

Hey, just wondering if anyone knows whether the solenoid switch should be hot. Mine is 137 degrees. I also have a leak in the regulator vent which I believe is a different issue. Rig is a 14 Berkshire. Any help appreciated.

Dont know about solinoid, But change out your regulator, if its venting is either got cr-p on the seat and is allowing to much pressure down stream or its got a rip in the diaphragm.
