Well I just got my furnace put back together and back in the RV, it is heating really great although I am noticing a little extra vibration now. Thinking that maybe the fans are a little out of balance??
I am wondering if it will smooth out after being used for a while??

Running it will not smooth it out. One of the balance clips might have moved or one fan wheel might have moved. It will have to be removed and inspected to find the cause of the unbalance condition.

You will need to get it done before the bearings go.

Try this first.
