make sure you have enough air flow going out, by not closing any registers, also you might not have both cages center correctly. If you are causing to much static pressure from them being off center you will cause that also. I agree about the counter weights see if you moved them at all, you might see a mark on the fin where they were set before. You can also try to put a rubber bushing under the mounts to to stop any vibration.......
