Noise at propane tanks

When hooking up to head home after four day stay I heard a 'buzzing' sound coming from the propane diverter valve. I turned the tanks off and the noise stopped. Both tanks were nearly full, 2X30 lbs.
Is this a problem and what causes it?
Thanks for your time.

I can't tell you what the official cause is other than a gas going through a small orfice and you get a vibration. Mine does the same thing.

I had a noise problem when 1st got my camper. The regulator was replaced with no solution. The RV dealer replaced the pigtails, and all has been good until recently.....those puppies are starting to make noise again.

I had a similar problem but my chirped and squealed.

Try changing the pigtails first. It's the least expensive solution. If only one side is making the noise, switch the pigtails an see if that stops it. If it does you only need to replace the one that's causing the noise.

We had a horrific sound from the propane tanks on our V-Lite. It was generated by the regulator "diaphragm" so says Sneak. I can only describe it as a chatter/whistle.

If age is a state of mind, and I've lost my mind, I'm AGELESS, right?
Give me 40 acres and I'll turn this rig around:
