Propane Leak Detector

My propane detector keeps going of. There is not gas hooked up to cause this. This is a hard wire detector. Any Ideas???

Detector might have went bad if there isn't any gas to make it go off. A new detector is about $50

It's hard wired.
Usually it happens when the battery is low, because there isn't a battery disconnect switch and the parasitic power drains empty the battery.

Manufacturer specs are 3-5 years. My last pup went 10+, no issues. My previous htt went 4 years. Always like going off in the middle of the night. Hardwired still uses connectors. CW and the dealers have them in stock. My last one was $80.
