propane tank attachment?

I just recently bought a 2003 wildcat 27rl fifth wheel, and the propane tanks inside the side compartments are held upright with rope????? There is a steel bracket there with a slot in it that comes out beside the handle on the tank, I'm thinking there should be a bolt and wing nut there. Anyone have a picture of what is supposed to be there so I can get the correct parts. Thanks, Andy

Bolt and wing nut would be the correct hardware.

Ok but would seem to me there should also be a steel bracket too because there is no way to attach to the huge hole in the propane tank. Was hoping someone with a wildcat 27rl could post a picture of theirs.

Here's what it should look like less bolt/fender washer/wing nut.

Mine is a little different than the pics and holes in my propane tanks are too big for a fender washer.
