2006 Surveyor roof type? (pics)

Can anyone tell what type of roof this is by the pictures?
I emailed FR with my vin # supplied. They replied that it was a Alpha ply roof and there was no need to resurface the roof just clean. The roof is chaulking I thought Alpha roofs shouldnt do that compared to epdm roofs? (From what I read)
I bought the tt last year and want to make sure the type of roof is cared for properly in using the right products.

We owned an 06' Grand Surveyor and it had that same TPO membrane. It chalked a little, but nothing like EPDM material.

Okay thanks, im just going to clean it recaulk with dicor self leveling. Plus may use eternabond tape on front and rear joints. Not going to worry about resurfacing. Any suggestions of what to wash the roof with? Murphys oil soap or dawn dish soap seem to be mostly used.

I use whatever clothes washing liquid (currently Gain) and a soft brush to clean our RV roof. It's been working for many years. Murphy's, Dawn, Awesome, etc. will work as well.
