2007 Forest River Forester

We just purchased a 2007 Forester and are finding only small fixable problems. First, outside range vent is broken. Where can I find one? Outside size is 12 1/2" by 6". Camping world sold us one but it is smaller. Is it suppose to fit into the opening and surrounded by a frame?
Second, backup camera comes on saying, "NO SIGNAL" upside down! Any ideas?

If you have the Heng brand vent, which is likely if you have the Heng brand range hood, it's a piece of junk. The hinge pins on the flap are too small and break easily. Our 2011 Sunseeker has a Heng hood and vent and I replaced the vent flap at least four times. They would break while driving even when the flap was latched closed, just from gusting crosswinds. I modified it with a steel rod to replace the plastic pins. It wasn't easy and others have offered solutions that may work better for you. Do a search for this recent thread on this forum:

Lost Range Vent Cover and a possible easy fix
