2008 Flagstaff Super Lite - Delam question

We've been in the market for a nice used camper and we ran across a 2008 Flagstaff Super Lite model that has a floor plan that we like, but we're about to walk away from it because it has two delamination spots about 6 inches each in diameter.

Both spots are one one sidewall toward the top.

I've heard two different stories and would like to hear from the experts. One thing I heard was that delamination, once it starts, will only get worse and worse until the entire panel needs replacing. And the other thing I heard is that delam usually starts early in the life of a unit, and so after seven years these small spots might not spread.

So should we be interested in this unit or pass it by.

Many Thanks,

Ok, I found lots of delam issues, headaches and heartaches by searching this forum. I'll definitely pass on this used unit. Too many good ones out there.
