2009 831 FLSS Roof Replacement

Hello I'm new to the Camping World, but just bought this camper in July and even though it doesn't leak now it has in the past. I am taking off next week to start tearing the roof membrane off and start replacing it. I didn't know you was supposed to get on top, and walk the roof before you buy a camper, but now I know. There are some soft spots around the sky light over the shower, front of, and rear of the camper. I have researched camper roof membranes and most are 30 Mil. I went ahead and Bought 60 Mil EPDM membrane. My questions to someone that has tried to take this on yourself is,

1: I bought solid Black epdm, I know this is going to be hot in the summer. But can I put a layer of the Dicor white roof sealant over it
2: The plywood on the roof, does anyone know the thickness
3: What's the best Glue to use for epdm to plywood bonding
4: Was thinking since the slideouts are in good shape, just putting a coat of the Dicor roof sealant on them.
5: I have noticed that the rubber around the slideouts are cracking, does anybody know, what kind of stripping this is, cause online there must be a thousand of them.

I will post pics of the job before, during, and after. Again thanks for your help. I know what I have read on here, having roofs repaired at the dealer is very costly. I hope all goes well.
