2015 mini lite 2306 leak?

We've had our mini lite for 6 months and as I was de winterizing I noticed some cracking ceiling trim in the bathroom. It was not wet but possibly damp where the trim meets the vent / shower skylight enclosure.

I checked the seals on the roof and they look good but this is our first trailer and I don't have much to compare to.

I did notice a 3 inch section on the edge of the roof that looks to have less sealant. It is the last picture.

Attached are pictures and I appreciate any feedback.

I might just be some condensation from the long winter we had in MA. What you will need to do is keep an eye on it during a good rain storm to see if you have a leak. Or just use a hose and shower the area with the hose to check. This is a good way as you can shut off the water unlike the skies. lol.

We had a good rain the other day and it was increasingly wet. I've got a service apt next week. The unit is only 6 months old.

Thanks for the input of condensation, it's a common problem

Tech found there was no sealant by the fan bracket. Said factory overlooked it. Fixed under warranty. I just hope there isn't damage I can't see.

You can unscrew the crews and pull that trim piece off to take a look around. My 2014 2306 had some questionable caulking as well. Went over a few spots on our roof with Dicor.
