2015 Sierra roof edges

We are looking to purchase a 2015 Sierra and when looking at the roof I noticed the rounded flashing under the roof membrane is loose in a few spots. I can tell it is stapled on and the staples pulled out of the material below. A few questions: is this common? Is it a reasonably easy fix? Is it new enough that it may be covered under warranty? There is also a small Crack in the fiberglass in the upper rear corner directly behind the rear slide. It seems that a little dab of silicone should take care of this one but maybe I'm wrong on that?

If it's a used unit, it's only warrantied to the original owner.
If it's new, warranty starts once it's sold, no matter the year.

Well I got 3 estimates for the repairs and were all within $100 and very reasonable so I picked it up this evening. Quite a step up from our 30'er!
