21FBRS maintainence

We have had our new TT for about 2 months now, and I have been wondering about maintainence. What needs to be lubed, what type of lubes should be used. Do I need to wash and Wax immedieately? How about caulking, how often should I check that? Anythign special I need to do to the slide or the seals around it? I even probably should be doing something to the Awning and slide topper but I am not sure. I do know to check the roof seals every three months..

I know there is a wealth of infomation on this forum (very grateful for) and I try to read everythign I can, but I haven't really found how to maintain my TT. If there is a guide anywhere, I would be very happy to have the link
