Adding a extra roof vent.

I have just purchased a 2014 Prime Time Avenger 17qb and was wondering if anyone had the dealer install a extra roof vent. I only have one roof vent and that's in the bathroom. It would be nice to have another in the living area to help with ventilation. Also there are only two windows on the unit so air flow is low.

I order a new trailer last year. the factory forgot to put in the extra vent. The dealer sated they could add it but it would void the roof warranty. I took the trailer as is and the refunded me the cost of the vent. I have not missed it. As something to think about, My neighbors went out and left three vents open. A Massive rain storm came through and soaked everything inside the trailer. The bathroom was the easy clean up, the bed and carpets not so much!

The dealer added the Maxxair in the living/kitchen area for us but it could have gone in the bathroom just as easy.

Yep. Just the standard power roof vent in the bath. David 01 brings up some things to think about. Maybe one vent is not so bad. That Maxx vent is nice but the ones I have seen are pricey.

There are cheaper models (non remote) but I went with one that has a remote because one of us is vertically challenged....

Look at it this way, skipping one trip to the restaurant easily pays for the difference between a cheap fan and a top of the line fan

Just replace that (Fake Fan) with a Good multi-blade Fan-Tastic fan and a Max-Air cover and crack you window, you will think your in a (Wind Tunnel)! With your size unit no need for additional vents! Youroo!!
