Alpha Systems Roof Maintenance

Since many of our units have Superflex Roofing from Alpha Systems I thought this would be a good share.

It's very easy to maintain. I use Pine Sol and a car wash brush. Also no need to use alpha sealant, Dicor works just fine if that's easier for you to get.

I used simple green. My sealant is as white as the day it was applied. I am never happy with my roof, never looks like new. The other EPDM roof was the same. I am on the look out for a small power scrubber with rotating brushes. I am getting to lazy, or old, to hand scrub! LMAO

I don't even scrub hard. Just a few passes with the brush and it's good. Unfortunately my roof is tan, as was the original sealant. But I couldn't find tan Dicor in time so I used white. Looks so out of place, but it works. Wife says it looks terrible. I'm like "you can camp up there and worry about what the roof looks like it, I'll be down here having a beer"

No one looks real hard at your roof on an average day except the OCD crowd.
Clean to satisify you and have fun.

I used the Camco 2 part kit on my TPO roof this spring. The detergent cleaned well enough. After it was dry I applied thier protectant. Easy work, but slippery when wet..
