Bad Roof

We purchased a 2010 Georgetown 330TS about two years ago. Since then we have taken a couple of trips and always store the unit under a cover. The dealer has recently noticed that the fiberglass roof is covered with cracks. He is able to push his thumbnail completely through the membrane. Naturally we are getting water and water damage inside the cabin. There is also some delamination of the membrane as well. Has anyone else had this experience? Does anyone know a professional surveyor or technical expert that can be contacted to discuss the problem? Thanks - R
