Call some vinyl print shops. Places that do vehicle wraps. If they can't fix it maybe they can print a new one for you.

When I had my front cap painted because of fading gelcoat, I found a Wildcat decal on ebay for $50 and it looks great. I had the shop put it on after it was painted. I keep 303 protectant on it to keep it looking fresh. Maybe ebay will have one like you need, here is mine the day I picked it up from the shop...

To prevent this use 303 aerospace protectant on your graphics. Helps them stay on longer and not fade, crack and peel due to the sun.
