Broken "hard top" by the snow

Hello guys,
I am new here. I have a 26feet Forrest River by Cherokee 2018. This is the second winter that my trailer is outside (first winter was placed in a indoor garage). After this winter, that the trailer was in a Camping, my trailer got a lump inside and tha kitchen cabinet was broken. No trailers had any kind of problem with the snow, apart of mine. Thought that Forrest River had a structural warranty of 3 to 5 years.
Got my trailer to a rv garage that suppose to be the dealer/service for Forrest River here in Ottawa. After 3 weeks waiting, the garage told us that the response of the Factory was probably "too much snow on the hard top" and they are not covering that! I am very upset with this situation! 100 trailers were at the same camping and only with mine this happened...what Shall I do? Appreciate your help!
