Brownish stain on roof from AC

The pictures show the roof of a 2015 Georgetown 335. Has anyone encountered this before? If so, what was the cause and fix to stop this from reoccurring, and how to get rid of the stain.

that's from condensate run off . not much you can do but clean it up every so often

I have found the Protectall Rubber Roof Cleaner takes off those stains easily. Just wipe with a sponge, no rinsing. I'm assuming it's a rubber roof....

Thanks Wildcat, but the roof is a one-piece fibreglass.

Very typical stain for rubber or fiberglass roof from the A/C unit runoff. I scrub my rubber roof twice a year to keep it at a minimum.

I have to ask... is that an A/C cover in the photos?
Looks like a roof vent cover? Maybe it's just the photo.

I might suggest to clean and wax very well.

They make additives to put in the evaporator drain pan in commercial and residential A/C applications. These stop bacteria/mold/slime in the drain pan. This would prolly help. Only issue I see is what is in them. They are prolly not harmful as you breathe the air from around the evaporator. I just wonder about the roof material. I will try and check it out.

Ah! I learn something every other day.
Out of curiosity, I searched for fiberglass RV roof maint. WOW! All kinds of cleaning products, sealers, coatings just for fiberglass roofs, along with DIY videos. Sounds like it is basically fiberglass with a gel coat, so lots of products and options.
I did try to find a non-rinse product, so it wouldn't leave streaks down the side of the RV by removing the wax, but didn't find one. Yet.
I figure I had better learn this as my Dad just bought a MH, and I'm betting his could have the same type of roof. Lucky me
Looks like you won't have any problem finding a solution to cleaning that stain that we all have to deal with.

Same goes for the blue spray bottle of CamCo Rubber Roof cleaner @ Walmart which is less than half the price of the Protectal, btw. Same procedure!

I ran my air conditioner for a while last summer and then took the cover off. there's a bunch of plumbing (and the receiver/drier) between the condenser and evaporator. All of it was dripping condensate onto the roof. It was copper tubing which had turned dark brown. I wanted to minimize cooling loss and roof discoloration so I wrapped it all with this self-adhesive insulation. I secured the insulation with a lot of small cable ties to make sure it didn't come loose.
