Bubbles On Roof

I have a 2015 Rockwood 8289WS that's a little over a year old. Went up to clean the roof and noticed bubbles or blisters in the roof. Anyone else have this problem?

Many times these are just spots where the adhesive used to hold on the roof was thin or missing. Usually they will come and go with temp and unless they are very large or very loose, it is best to leave them alone. The only real way to correct them is to remove and completely replace the roof. This is usually not authorized. Occasionally they are repaired by puncturing the bubble and inserting some adhesive. This voids the warranty and compromises the integrity of the roof. I would take pictures send to the dealer to document and keep a eye on it.

Most of the time the bubbles are really just sawdust, staples and debris that was left stuck in the adhesive before they laid the rubber down creating the bubble.The pics posted appear to have small spots, not to worry unless they get very large or penatrate the roof membrane.
Edit. The most important thing while you are up on the roof, check all the roof caulking for cracks or areas that look like the caulking is coming lose. Re-apply Dicor self leveling sealant to those areas.

I tend to agree with leaving them alone especially if there are no leaks. They may go away after some time. I would keep and eye on them to see if they get worse.

I had 2 bubbles on mine. They eventually went away.

FR and Alpha have assured me they are not a "problem". Never had any on previous 5ers.

Good luck with these small bubbles. 4 years ago I thought same thing, no problem. However, I now have huge bubbles that are going to require a new roof. Of course been too long now so warranty doesn't apply. Not sure there is any way to keep these small voids from progressing to larger bubbles.
