Cam Lock Replacement

Has anyone replaced their cam locks with something like this??

My first thought was that it would be a protrusion to bump into or snag myself on. I have enough to worry about with hitting my head on a slide out.

The one you show looks nice but agree that it sticks out a little bit too much.

Those look so much better. I have been trying searches, and came up with those. Agree, they appear to stick out a lot. I will have to research these. Thank you again for the link!!

Replaced all slam latches and entry door lock. Had them all keyed alike and unique to our RV, didn't like everyone having a key to our unit and storage. Total replacement done by myself was cheaper than a locksmith rekeying what we had. We know this will only keep the "honest" thief and inquisitive folks from peeking, if a thief wants in they will get in.
