Check seals every 90 days...

I've been keeping an eye on mine and just found a couple of small places where the Dicor sealant seemed to be shrinking and pulling up from the roofing material, and stuff that it attaches to. I added some and made sure it got in everywhere it should. Mine's in covered storage when we're not using it, so it seems that those that park them in the elements would need to check this out often.

My dealer even sends out emails every 90 days reminding everyone to do a roof inspection!
