I think the roof on the used M/H we bought needs coating. Is this something that has to be done by a pro? If wife and I can do it we would like to, where do we purchase the stuff to do it with ? If someone know how please post and give us the do's and don'ts on this.

I would do a good cleaning with spic and Span mixed with water.
That can be dirt of even mold but I first would get a soft brush with ong handle and do some cleaning to see if the spots are cleaned, nuetralized or removed.
If the roof isn't dryed out or cracked cleaning should be all you need.
You may also spend a few bucks and recaulk around the front and rear seams as well as vents.

x2. Might want to put a sealant on it after cleaning for UV protection and helps keep maintian the EPDM. I use camco but there are several others.
