cover ?

I purschased a Goldline cover for our new rock wood 5th wheel. I looked at reviews for that specific cover and they were very good and the cover wasn't cheap so I thought I was making a good purchase and maybe I did. I would just like to hear from some folks that have covers on there's. My ? is the the definition of highly water resistant. because the amount of water that comes through is almost like it doesn't have a cover on it. I talked to a manger where I purchased it from and really didn't get a clear answer to my ? other than its not 100% waterproof . She explained the downside of waterproof and how that can lead to mold issues , which I can understand how that can be an issue I've been a residential contractor for over 35 yrs and have a good understanding of not breathing / condensation issues. She went onto explain how this cover breathes and should dry quickly once the rain stops, and it does. Is this normal any input would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, it's normal. The purpose of the cover is primarily UV protection, with some weather and dirt protection.
