Damage to my LaCrosse BH329 2015

Someone backed in to it. I noticed it when I went to go do some work on it. I noticed the neighbors car had a dent in it. Went and checked it out and yes the damage to their car sure looked liked it. Had to call the police and she told them that her car did it. This was after the police were called. Her insurance company gave us a estimate of $900. That was tough not to debate. Here are some pics of the damage.

You don't have to except her insurance quote. Take it to who you would like to repair it and have them give the insurance company a quote. Just went through the same thing on my truck after being rear ended. They were trying to push me to use there body shop.

I've called a few places to fix my camper. From what I've been told since the front frame support is damaged no one will touch it. We are being told it has to go back to the manufacture to be repaired correctly. Unhappy campers for sure right now. This is a 2015 and we will not settle for any thing less the being repaired back to original condition. The insurance company says they can do it for $900.00. Not, so the fun starts.

The persons insurance company just totaled the camper last month, due to no one will repair it and guarantee the work due to the frame structure. They gave us $36,000 for the camper. I wanted to buy the same camper, but after dealing who we originally bought it from they quoted us a price of $36,000 gee I wonder where the insurance company came up with that price. We decided to go with another brand that we have to pick up in the Midwest. It is pretty much the same camper but different brand. We got more options then we had before at price of $31,500. We really liked our Lacrosse 329 BHTS. Thanks everyone in this forum it was great to be a part of. I will hang around, but joined new camper forum with the brand we bought.
