Decals Bubbling.

My wife and I were cleaning up our 2013 Georgetown today in preparation for a trip to Key West Monday. I noticed on the Left side of the coach there were "bubbles" approximately 1/4 - 3/8" in diameter on four of our decals. These are original, un-retouched decals and the bubbles are in approximate middle of each. We've attempted to take meticulous care of our RV and in 23 months and 19,000 miles, this is the first "flaw" we've encountered. Being unfamiliar with this sort of concern, I'm unsure how to proceed. My wife recommended a small sewing needle, puncture the high point and roll it flat with a robber roller. Then, of course, a touch of super glue to seal it. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Poke them with that pin. You should be able to smooth it out with your finger. You can seal hole but IMO, its not needed.
