Dicor Roof Process Questions

I have a 2013 SS3170DS, I just gave it a good washing and waxing. While on the roof I noticed some small hair like cracks in some of what I assume to be a Dicor sealant which coats the ladder posts, various seams and wire entrances to the rig. I guess they should get a coat of Dicor before Winter settles in. The Dicor is covered with greyish dirt, should this be cleaned off before new Dicor? What should be used? How should the Dicor be applied, self-leveling Dicor I assume? Thanks for the help. BTW the roof is fiberglass.

Yes, I'd clean it with a scrub brush and a gentle cleaning detergent.
