Dicor roof sealant
There seems to be a few different types of Dicor roof sealant, not sure which one to get for my 2012 Sunseeker.
Amazon has no less than 3 different part numbers for each; lap sealant and the non-sag. Help!

I used the self-leveling lap sealant below and have had absolutely no problem. I applied it during "the rainy season" while we were camping because there was a leak around my TV antenna area and skylight over the shower.
Despite having only a brief stop in the rain, it sealed perfectly and we've had zero problem.

Self leveling lap sealant is for horizontal surfaces (i.e. roof), non-sag sealant is for vertical surfaces (i.e. Windows, baggage doors, etc.).

Dicor site preparation
I have a couple of spots on my roof that need to be sealed. How do you prep the site before applying he new Dicor. Does the old need to be stripped off prior to adding the new or is it applied over top of the existing Dicor?
I appreciate the help.

You may want to go on dicors website Found out right before I was getting ready to do mine that I had the wrong caulking. There is Edpm and two types of tpo which mine required a solvent and a special caulking. On dicors web Site there are instructions to tell what type of roof you have

I use very little DICOR anymore. I taped my entire roof last month using Eternabond tape and should be good to go for at least 10 years. Dicor usually cracks in 3-4 years and regular inspections should be conducted on anything sealed with Dicor.
If you use it, old dicor area should be scrubbed clean and I often use a hot steel scraping knife to remove as much of it as I can. Be careful not to damage the roof. Be very liberal applying it.

No, but I leveled the old dicor so it was flat on top and the tape looked good over it. I leveled it by using a heated metal scraper. Afterwards, I used wiped area clean with alcohol, scrub brush, and shop towels so the tape had a nice clean area to bond to.

Here's a description of each of the lap sealant types:
501LSW was designed to be used at the consumer level. It is thicker. Self leveling – horizontal surfaces.
502LSW was designed to be used at the manufacturing level. It is thinner and a little more self leveling. Self leveling – horizontal surfaces
551LSW is a non leveling lap sealant – designed to be used on vertical surfaces (not windows or doorways).
Newer TPO roofs that are NOT Dicor roofs, should use the Dicor Ultra Sealant Primer/Ultra Sealant lap seal. If you aren't sure which roof you actually have, contact your manufacturer or local dealer.
Before applying the new lap sealant, clean the area with a cloth dampened with rubbing alcohol. Use just enough lap sealant to fill in any voids and allow the self leveling properties to take over and fill the void.

So you see my dilemma? I went out and bought non leveling lap sealant specifically for my doors and windows and now I have contradictory info.

I was told (and was sent some) by the factory to use Geocel 2300 *DELETED* around the doors, windows, slides and side walls.
Here's a link to Geocel 2300 series sealants.
CORRECTION:
I was going from memory when typing. I just went out and looked.
The correct Geocel is 2300 Vehicle Body Sealant...NOT MHRV.
