Exterior Caulking repair

My 2 year old TT has factory installed external speakers installed on it. The factory caulking has stayed in good condition and is a flat white in color. I have noticed several small spots in the caulking that appears to be cracked. I really don't want to remove all the caulking as it might damage the finish and decals. What kind of caulking should I use to make these minor repairs when needed. Picture shows what I am talking about.
