Exterior door too stiff

Our new toyhauler has these new style entrance doors ( I don't even know what they are called) that do not swing freely. Instead they have some sort of built in resistance so they aren't ripped out of your hand due to high winds. Anyway, the front door works fine, modest effort to open or close it and it will "park" at any position. But the second door takes too much effort to move and I can sense the pressure on the hinge screws and door frame.

Does anyone have experience with this type of door and is there any adjustment available to change the amount of force required to swing the door?

Those are called friction hinge doors. They're purposely "stiff" so you don't need the "hold open" arm to hold the doors open and they'll stay wherever you want then too. As for adjusting, I really don't know. I haven't had a problem with mine. They might loosen up a bit through use.
