Fanstastic Fan Screen

Is there any way to remove the screen from the fan unit to clean it? There seems to be a small tab on the inside, but I cannot pull on it or turn it - it feels like it is going to break or crack.

OK so it's that easy?

I was pulling on it and I was not sure if it would break so I opted to ask here.

I can be a bull in a china shop at times.

Thanks! I will do it tomorrow.

Yep...it's that easy! It pulls so much air through that it needs cleaned often. While you have it down it's a good idea to wipe down the blades too.

Thumbs up

Well, I pulled it and it came off just fine.

I was uneasy at first because it seems like its going to snap! (I have been known to be a little hard on things!)

Got it off and hosed it off. Looks like new!

Thanks guys!
