I clean the fiberglass roof on our Lexi several times a year. For general cleaning I use any good brand of automotive car wash soap with a soft bristle brush on an extention pole.
For a really dirty roof, I use a spray bottle of Tilex. Spray it on, let it sit a minute and then use a soft bristle brush dipped into a bucket of water to scrub, than rinse.
When done, I spray all the plastic components like vent covers fan covers, fridge vent cover with 303 Protectant.
I have never waxed my roof as I'm up there too often checking condition of caulk and Eternabond (monthly) and wax may make it too slick, especially if wet/damp.
Others wax theirs...personal preference.
