Has anyone ever had luck with contacting Forest River directly to resolve issues with a brand new RV. After purchasing a brand new RV- only weeks old I discovered a major flaw that needs repair- a dreaded leak- what can be done —[emoji35][emoji35]
Our advice is not to contact the Forest River parent company but the manufacturing line which built your unit (you didn't mention which line you have). However, before that, we suggest you contact your dealer.

I contacted my dealer - they are very accommodating. I have a Wildwood. My first Wildwood was great- no issues. My feeling is I should receive a replacement, rather then repairs ..it’s quite frustrating

I have a Georgetown 30X3 and like one of the other posts stated, this might be model specific. You can call them and hopefully they'll get to the right person who can help you.
Yes, I have had very excellent cooperation with Forest River. As stated before, go to the factory where your RV was built and ask for Customer Service. If you get no response THEN, go to FR Headquarters Customer Service with your problem. I think you will probably be surprised at the good service.
