I think that depends on HOW it came off. Did the bolts back out? Flange break off? pipe break? If you can determine that, it will give you a clue as to where to start. Do you need new parts or can the existing exhaust system just be put back together?
You might want to start with a muffler shop like Midas and ask them to tell you what happened, if you don't already know. They'll usually give you a diagnosis for free and the ones I've dealt with are pretty good about telling you if they can or can't fix the problem or even get the right parts. Other than that, the selling RV dealer would be the next place I'd look for help.
