Got Hit by a Fork Lift. Need a "Fifth Wheel Cap"

Well, my RV was parked in storage minding its own business when a fork lift ran into it. Just my luck since the 2008 Rockwood Ultralite 8283ss is still recovering from tire blowout damage. Anyway, the front of the 5th wheel above the hitch is cracked and I can see the part number sticker on back of the piece. It says "Duo Foam Plastics, PN 96764017411P, Control #61, Forest River 2007 Fifth Wheel Cap" (It may have said Duo Form Plastics)

Does anyone out there know where I might find one of these? Or someone to call at Forest River? I googled the PN, description, etc. and found nothing. I wrote down Duo "Foam" but when I googled that it only found Duo "Form" and I'll call them Monday to see if they're the ones.

Any help would be appreciated.
