I did all (3) of mine. Takes (30) minutes including time up and down the ladder. See post #21 here;

Here is a video from eTrailer;

I want to meet the dealer that says it takes a month to do this. Way to overinflate your own exsistance! (the dealer)

Is he not calling it the same?

"Normally" a skylight is over the shower or tub not in the center of the bathroom where a vent is.

The skylight is pretty much dead center in the bathroom. It's 14"x14"

Do you need to reread to there jumpy?

I agree, but he can take it a step further and install these over the vents, that way they can stay open in any weather, they are quite tough. To replace the plumbing vent caps shouldn't take more than a couple minutes a piece and while up there check the Dicor, it is a 2006 trailer and the seals can probably use some attention.

The MAXAIRs are next on my list. My 5ver is black. I need to leave the roof vents open as much as possible.

Thanks for all the input guys. I'm not sure that I'm using the right terms to describe the part in question. It is 14"x14", in the center of the bathroom, it lets light in, it also raises and lowers and has a screen and fan on the inside. I called it a skylight, but maybe the proper term is vent lid.
I've had the camper about 3 months, so it's still all pretty new to me.

So to answer your question.
Yes they are easy to replace.
And again I'd suggest buying a max air over top.

I hear ya, our last 5th wheel, a 2008 Royals International by Carriage was black, never again.
I put these covers on 3 weeks ago and leave the vents open, rain or shine or 50 miles wind, what a treat.

Edit: installation is so easy, it's unreal.
