Hard water etching

I've got etching from rain water on the exterior walls of my trailer. It looks like a slug trail from the top to the bottom. Has anyone else experienced this or found a way to remove it?

I had a trailer pad built last fall and the trailer has settled on the pad causing it to lean ever so slightly. The water from the spout let some water hit the wall instead of the ground. Thanks for your time.

I would try Meguires cleaner wax first. Very mild polishing and cleaner.
