Help, 2 cracks rear roof cap near ladder

Discovered cracks today running vertically from top of cap to end of cap and another going from top to reflector lens. This happened about 4 years ago and Forest River agreed to ship a new cap. I paid shipping and installation charges. This sounds like a Lexington structural defect and I guess I have to call customer service again. Wasn't easy dealing with them the 1st time. Any suggestions appreciated. Maybe time to get rid of the RV.
